This is the replacement lamp kit for Planet Beach Solar System Platinum 52 Tanning Bed that originally used Charged Wolff Model PB71-T12-225R Bi-Pin (Canopy Front, Side, Bench lamps) Sirius Wolff Model PB71-T12-255R Bi-Pin (Canopy Rear lamps) and Heraeus E400 HPT -or- Philips Model HPA 400/30s and Cosmolux RA Plus shoulder lamps. 

This kit includes 48 full body reflector lamps in addition to 4 high pressure facial bulbs and 4 should lamps.

Shipping & Inspection Process:

• Tanning lamps are shipped via Fedex or UPS Ground in special protective packaging and the customer should inspect the shipment upon arrival.
• If damage has occurred please send photos of the box and damaged lamps to info@suntanningstore.com within 48 hours.
• After arrival the customer will have 7 calendar days to report any other issues with the lamps.
